Centre for Renewable Energy Sources and Saving (CRES)

CRES is a public entity, supervised by the Ministry of Environment and Energy. The PV Systems and Distributed Generation Department participates in R&D projects in photovoltaics, distributed generation, smart-grids, microgrids and storage. Services include: feasibility studies; solar potential estimation and on-site measurements; and PV cell, module, inverter and systems performance measurements.
